摘要

The paper presents results of research into systems for measurement and analysis of shape deviations and position of mechanical pieces. The attention was paid to new abilities of software that makes possible an insightful analysis of sources of geometrical inaccuracy of machined elements. Presented are, among others, advanced methods of a three-dimensional analysis of surfaces of revolution, intercorrelation function applications, harmonic analysis of profiles, and application of selective filters.
