The theory of dynamic thermal network is applied for a whole building with heat flow through walls, roof and foundation, including three-dimensional effects in corner regions and around windows. A main interest is the heat loss Q_1 (t) from the building and its dependence of preceding outdoor and indoor temperatures. The whole thermal envelope is studied. The thermal dynamics of the heat flux through separate parts of the indoor surface, such as floor, wall and ceiling, is also studied. Finally, different parts of the floor and a corner region are analyzed. The theory and formulas require that certain step-response functions be calculated. A three-dimensional, numerical model is used.
