The afore-given examples serve as visual evidence that there are ample opportunities to use the simulating model for analyzing the sintering process and optimizing it. However, no less efficient would be to use the model for finding optimum designs for new sinter plants projects. It will be possible to do thanks to the simulation of gas dynamic behavior, where data of specifications of various exhausters and sintering machines of various areas are used as initial data, and also, thanks to the modeling of the returns behavior, making it possible to determine coefficients of consumption per unit product, optimum design at that will be backed up by economics of the sinter making process. In its essence, the offered model simulates operator's work, using as object control variable equations of regression, obtained during active experiments. It seems promising also to use the model as part of the expert system for PLC.
