A systemic approach: a Saudi Arabian experience

This paper illustrates the power of process integration and systemic approach to management in breaking barriers to effective communication and in eliminating overlapping responsibilities. This is a success story arising from one executive instruction that led to major organization and management changes across Lucent Saudi Arabia company that nurtures diversity and values innovation.
