摘要

The interaction of serum mannan binding protein (MBP) with mannosylated cationic liposome/plasmid DNA complex inhibited the uptake of the complex by cultured peritoneal macrophages, resulting in decreased transfection efficiency to the cells through the recognition by macrophage mannose receptors.
