摘要

The hypothesis about a micro inhomogeneous structure of liquids has been suggested. It is assumed that in liquids there are fluctuation clusters - dynamic ordered micro volumes. The mechanism of low-frequency visox-elastic relaxation in liquids is probably connected to breaking of the cluster. The energy of activation of this relaxation has been estimated.
