摘要

Corrosion of 316L SS in seawater containing sulfate reducing bacteria was conducted by electrochemical and surface analysis technologies. The adhesion and corrosion of SRB biofilm changed the characteristics of impedance spectra, resulted the decrease of impedance. Anodic peak current was found near the free corrosion potential, the passive current increased compared the control test. It was found that inorganic and organic sulfide was found in the passive film. Local corrosion attack influenced by SRB biofilm was discussed integrated the experiment results.
