摘要

The microstructure controlled fabrication processes of AAO templates by two-step anodization method were investigated in this paper. By analyzing the results of the orthogonal tests, the integrated influences of the anodization parameters, including the electrolyte concentration, temperature, anodization potential and time, on the micro-performances of the AAO template were concluded,which included the average pore diameters, regularity and thickness of the AAO template. In the mild condition when the temperature was between 15°C and 30°C, the preparation strategy of highly ordered AAO templates with controllable pore diameter and thickness was obtained. Meanwhile, a series of AAO templates with controllable pore diameter between 15 and 70 nm were fabricated. The morphology of the porous AAO templates was characterized by the SEM.
