Behavioral models of pre-compensation driver and dynamic termination receiver for packaging system timing and coupled noise simulations

摘要

This paper describes a behavioral modeling method for pre-compensation driver and dynamic termination receiver by combining existing regular I/O circuit behavioral modeling technique with simplified behavioral models for logic gates, voltage-controlled switches, and voltage-controlled resistors.
