Air travel was severely distrusted in the wake of the terrorist attacks in the U.S.. How to solve the problem of laking data to forecast the requirement of customs is a big challenge. This paper extends the decision models for seat inventory control problem into the fuzzy environment. Similar with the case of probability, we demonstrate that the fuzzy marginal expected revenue from the nth seat is also a decreasing function of n. And an optimal policy is presented by F-EMSR methods.
