Implant-anchor grout material is a kind of material used in the rehabilitation and reinforcement engineering. At present, the common materials are epoxy gooey and structural gooey, while they are expensive, not easy to manipulation and polluted to environment. In this paper, a new kind of implant-anchor grout material, which is cheap, easy to manipulation and unpolluted to environment, is developed. The component and proportion of the material are determined by two periods of tests. It can be shown that the exploited material can satisfy requests of engineering and criterion.
