Bi-directional Multi-purpose Fiber-optic Access Network for Independent Operation of Wired and Wireless Services

摘要

We proposed and demonstrated a new architecture of multipurpose fiber-optic access network. This network supports wired services (i.e. digital baseband and analog CATV) as well as wireless services (i.e. PCS, WLL, and LMCS) over two separate fibers using bi-directional transmission.
