In this communication we study nonlinear wave equations describing the classical excitations in microtubule. We found that there exists double-periodic solutions for these nonlinear wave equations. These solutions forms background of quantum excitations. These excitations are considered by Bogoliubov's group variables method. As a result quantum excitations do not contain zero-modes.
