The implementation of digitized and network based on mould manufacture

摘要

This paper analyzes the shortcomings of current process of mould design and manufacturing in detail. Combined with the advantages of information technology, network technology, man and machine, this study bands all kinds of function of CAD/CAPP/CAM/CAE together, organizes and manages data and information of mould design and manufacturing wholly. On the bases of organizing and managing data and information, this paper carries on researches on digitized mould manufacturing and network of mould manufacturing, and expatiates main content of digitized mould manufacturing under network system, and emphatically discusses the implementation of digitized mould design and manufacturing and methods of network-based mould manufacturing. At the same time, it introduces key technology of the process, such as digitized design of mould, digitized manufacturing of mould and integration of mould manufacturing information.
