With the improvement and development of mobile communication technology, mobile-phone positioning technology has become a new topic. It will be a replacer to GPS in logistics area, especially in the field of highway transportation. The new technology can ensure positioning accuracy with simple method and low cost. By combining this technology with Internet's function of collecting and releasing information, it will be feasible to realize the real-time tracing management towards trucks and goods, perfects the use of resources. The article raises a kind of goods-tracing information system based on multiple communication networks.
