摘要

An investigation on dusted airflow distribution of cyclone array in multi-cyclone has been carried out by using the principle of resistance equilibrium. A computation model was developed to analyze the heterogeneous distribution amplitude and its relation with the distance among the mono-cyclone both vertically and horizontally as well as the total amount of mono-cyclones. The airflow distribution could be predicted by the computation model thus to make the heterogeneous distribution amplitude under control by adjusting key factors at design, ensuring high dust separation efficiency of multi-cyclone.
