Influence of shape change of carriage wheels in consequence of exploitation wear on the level of building vibration caused by shallow underground train passages - case history
Experiences from first years of Warsaw Metro exploitation were presented, particularly the case of increase of vibrations in neighbour buildings. The reason is shape change of some wheels in metro trains. Measurement results of vibrations in buiding for "normal train A" and "train with ovalizated wheels B" were presented and discussed.
