摘要

Air/gas leak and jam of pipe network is a common fault symptom of ventilating system in power industry. In this paper the R-RI diagnosis means is brought forward by which the performance curve of fan are divided into two area -BRA I and non-BRA II, different strategies are adopted respectively to diagnose the leak-jam trouble in different areas, and simple and integrated diagnosis are carried through successively. Eleven conditions of pipe network are simulated in laboratory and the ANN model are trained by the data of 1250rpm and tested by the data of 1350rpm. The accurate diagnosis results are obtained finally.
