Application of new geophysical technology in coalmine safety monitoring

摘要

Some disasters are likely to occur due to coal mining. This paper discusses some typical coalmine disasters such as water inrush, rock mass failure and the correspondence with geophysical field, and provides the methods and principles of monitoring these disasters with geophysical techniques. This paper mainly concerns the new geophysical techniques: the elastic wave computerized tomography, electrical conductivity imaging system, and combined with some in situ detecting makes clear the applied effects and its developing prospects.
