But let's pull back the focus one more time. The business aircraft accident is, fortunately, a very rare occurrence. However, because of the proliferation of economic options and the demand for more capacity ― more planes and more pilots ― the ambiguous operations I described above are growing increasingly more common. We don't really need an accident to motivate us to address the hazardous situations that might arise from ambiguities about command and control of a flight, or conflicting assumptions or procedures in mixed-crew scenarios, or the liability of borrowed maintenance personnel. It is my hope that this discussion of operational control in Part 91 operations will give rise to additional questions and discussions, and a review of your existing agreements, policies and procedures ― both here at the CASS and back home at your hangar. Thank you so much for your attention; I'll be happy to address your questions at this time.
