Carbon-Carbon composites are enjoying continued use and interest by the Aerospace industry. These materials offer near zero CTE, high thermal conductivity and the ability to carry structural loads at very high temperatures. This paper introduces advances in low-density, Carbon-Carbon honeycomb panels. Applications for thermal management such as spacecraft passive radiators, and aircraft fire barriers will be discussed.
