Current-mode multiple-valued logic circuits implementing the SRT division algorithm

This paper presents the implementation of the radix-4 SRT division algorithm using multiple-valued current-mode circuits. The quotient selection has been implemented using a current-mode analog multiplier. The circuits have been designed and simulated on a 0.8 micron CMOS technology.
