Flotation optimizing control system in Huaibei Coal Preparation Plant

摘要

The optimizing control system of coal flotation includes the multi-slurry analyzing system, the coal slurry analyzer (CSA) and the automatic control system. The multi-slurry analyzing system cooperates with the coal slurry analyzer to detect the multi-slurry on sideline and time-sharing. But to the automatic control system, it uses PID control method to realize the feed forward and constant value control, to stabilize the feed density and to control the first reagent-adding in the stage of slurry preparing. And during flotation, it uses the fuzzy logic strategy to realize the feed-back optimizing control according to the slurry ash detected by the CSA on sideline. At the same time it controls the second reagent-adding and the tailing gate to stabilize the concentrate ash and raise the concentrate recovery. The production results show that this system may stabilize the working condition for flotation and increase the concentrate recovery to 3% besides reducing the oil consumption under the precondition of the accepted concentrate ash.
