In this paper we propose a new nonlinear diffusion model of neurons activities for obtaining the average number density, which is used to describe transmission process of neurocommunication in populations of neurons. The average number density is a function of the amplitude, phase and time, and the description of the number density of diffusion process of neurocommunication for the active states of two populations of neurons are given in both periodic stimulation and random noise. Particularly, it should be emphasized that the oscillatory coupling effects and the amplitudes in two or more two populations of neurons are very important for investigating some mechanisms of the transmission process of neurocommunication.
