The present article deals with the basic and principal aspects that are specific for supercomputers and neurocomputers: the definition of supercomputers and neurocomputers; the fields of supercomputers' and neurocomputers' application; the peculiarities of the architecture of supercomputers and neurocomputers and their commutation systems; the peculiarities of the parallelization algorithms of task solution with the sue of supercomputers and neurocomputers; the place that is occupied by neurocomputers in the problems of supercomputers when the latter are considered as computers with mass parallelization; performance measures for supercomputers and neurocomputers.
