NEW NMIJ TWO-PRESSURE TWO-TEMPERATURE HUMIDITY GENERATOR

摘要

A new two-pressure two-temperature humidity generator has been designed and partly constructed at the National Metrology Institute of Japan (NMIJ), formerly the National Research Laboratory of Metrology (NRLM), in order to replace the present generator and to extend the calibration range. The existing standard generator covers a range of dew points from -10°C to +25°C. The new generator will extend the dew point range to +85°C or higher.
