Extending the scalars of minimization

We deal with the minimization of K-automata. In case when the weigthts are taken in a commutative field, a well-known algorithm exists which has been extended to PID and non-commutative fields. Here, we provide a general purpose Effective Minimization Process (EMP). It terminates when minimization is possible and in particular in the case K is PID.
