Design sensing and protection circuits for smart power devices

摘要

In this paper the concept of the protection circuits for a Smart Power device is described. Overcurrent, overtemperature, overvoltage and undervoltage sensing and protection circuits are presented. The proposed circuits designed in CMOS AMS HV 0.8μm technology are verified using SPICE simulation.
