Problems of technical states diagnosing of electronic devices

摘要

In the article the problems and modern approaches to the process of diagnosing of radio electronic devices are analyzed. The necessity of creation of methods and tools of diagnosing of availability index of product of radio electronic devices oriented to continuous information support on stretch of all life cycle of devices is shown beginning from a requirement specification before termination of maintenance.
