摘要

Reliability is very critical for software, to which degree we can accurately evaluate the reliability of system software relates to the safety of the software. In this paper, we introduce the concept of fuzzy language variable of fuzzy mathematics, and describe a new method for analyzing and evaluating the software reliability by combining it with the fault tree analysis technique.
