A BRIEF TALK ON THE TIME QUALITY CHARACTERISTIC OF A MILITARY PRODUCT

摘要

This paper, to take increasing product quality as starting point, to take product configuration as basis, carry out studying and analyzing to time quality characteristic ( reliability, availability, maintainability and supportability) affecting the total quality of a product, and clears some indistinct concepts, make for the rise of quality of a military product in an all-round way.
