As bendings of acceleration curve occur in lost accelerated tests with conjoint reaction, there may be a doubt that the mechanism of failure is different between the two ranges i.e. before and after the bending point and therefore the used products, however, tells us that the primary and secondary transfers can be treated based on the same mechanism of failure. This is applicable to the characteristics with convex on the upper side as well as those with concave on the lower side. Resultingly, it was able to clarify the interpretation of the bending properties in the accelerativity of the accelerated test, by using the results of the solder creep test and thermal shock test together with the results of their analyses, and by applying such results to the analyses of the results of the stress corrosion cracking test.
