The anti-carcinogenic effects of lanthanide citrate on S_(180) sarconma of mice was reported. Reusults showed that the inhibition rate was at a value of 62. 7% , after an injection dose of 2. 0 mg. kg~(-1). d~(-1) lanthanide citrate i. p. for 10 days successively. The authors suggested that the mechanism of anti-carcinogenic effects of lanthanide citrate was based on both direct action and indirect action.
