The instrument is composed of Embedded CPU and virtual-instrument cards based on PC/104 bus. All the virtual-instrument cards controlled and managed by CPU main module can gather, preserve and deal with data with the guide of automatic measuring software and complete the performance measure to many kinds of radar. The software function and hardware structure of this instrument was introduced in this paper.
