摘要

This paper is based on the research of high-accuracy electrity measurement. It detailedly introduces a design method of plug-in card of DSP high-accuracy electrity measurement based on PCI bus and operating principle. The plug-in card can measure the parameters of AC voltage or AC current signal, such as amplitude, frequency, phase, power and etc., and process the signal with high-accuracy. The accuracy index can reach 0.02%. The paper analyzes and researches the choice and characteristic of device and influence on improving system measuring accuracy, shows the circuit schematic diagram. The paper also gives a brief introduction about the use and control technology of the plug-in card.
