摘要

At present time method of Riemann-Gilbert find application for many problems of diffraction and propagation electromagnetic waves into the different periodic structures [2]. It is well-known fact that elements of periodic structures in this problem are assumed perfecty conducting and infinitively thin. This paper is an attemt to extend the tittled method on the case of final thikness and final conductivity the strips formed the grating.
