摘要

Atomic functions AF [1] are widely being used in solving different problems of numerical analysis owing to their outstanding approximation and computational properties. One of the main fields of (AF) application is signal processing including image processing and restoration, redundancy cutting, pattern recognition, statistical analysis of random processes and fields, etc. This work is dedicated to an application of AF in the construction of new types of weighting windows, and recursive and non-recursive filters for solving wide class of signal processing problems in millimeter and submillimeter wavebands.
