摘要

The results of optimizations by efficiency of irregular usual and multisectional coupled-cavity TWT are presented. The efficiency more than 50 % and power gain 30 db are indicated. It is shown, that using of subsections in irregular TWT allows to increase a band of gain up to 8%. The two-section hybrid devise BWO-TWT with electronic efficiency 55% is discussed.
