We know well a daily phenomenon that a face of national race can be remembered easier than that of other races. During the learning stage of recognition study, an ERP effects can usually be observed. That is the remembered items evoked more positive-going ERP components than do unremembered items. The purpose of the present experiment is to explore the underlying neural mechanism by event-related potentials (ERPs) data analysis.
