摘要

The delamination design idea is introduced into the multi-function mechanical transmission test bed control system. Firstly, the devices of the mechanical transmission test bed fall into different classes, and then correspondingly, the control system is divided into four layers. The lowest layer is Hardware and Basic Algorithm layer used in data collection and hardware control, and the second layer is Device Object layer used to encapsulate properties and operations of the components, and the third layer is Graphic Object layer used to save curves, and the topmost layer is Rendering and Interaction layer used to draw interactively curves and display data. The control system based delamination design idea tallies with the characteristic of the mechanical transmission test bed that the mechanical transmission test bed need reassembling along with changing of the wheel box. A set of software system based on the delamination design idea is already developed and applied to a mechanical transmission test bed.
