摘要

BFP type driving, one of flexible driving types with multichannel engaging, is now widely utilized. The last stage big gear wheel is driven by only one small gear in the suspended box of the BFP type driving. In order to improve bearing capacity of the driving, we have explored a kind of new type driving—double-point gear-meshing and single driving, which the last stage big gear is driven by two small gears in suspended box of the BFP type device so that the bearing capacity was doubled. The new driving type is especially suitable for those fields which need heavy load and low speed driving. We describe design thought, basic structure, principle of balanced load and statics analysis of the BFP type flexible driving with multichannel engaging with double-point gear-meshing and single driving in this paper.
