Connector and termination construction above 50 GHz

摘要

This paper will discuss the design and con-struction of connectors and terminations that operate above 50 GHz. Available connectors and their design principles will be discussed as well as the pros and cons of various backside interfaces. Details of orthogonal connections that work to at least 90 GHz will be shown.
