Application of Nanotubes in Multi-Micro-Contacts for Ultra-high Density Electronic Connections

摘要

It is claimed that in the early 21st century the three prime technologies, namely electronic, bioengineering, and quantum technology should converge so as to bring forth another big break-through. Connector and interconnection technology is confronted with a great challenge and an opportunity to provide a compatible and reliable connectivity across the interfaces of these prime technologies.
