摘要

The approach used to design two photovoltaic powered water-pumping systems at remote campgrounds is presented, and the system sizing methodology used to predict availability is demonstrated. Also using monitored data, the performance of one system is compared to the predicted performance of the design. The measured data includes the water usage per person, pump energy and efficiency, solar radiation, PV panel temperature, PV panel energy delivered, and battery system performance.
