摘要

A low energy house on the outskirts of Bangkok was monitored. Meteorological data, occupancy, electrical energy, temperatures and humidities averaged over each hour plus air change rates measured in a series of one-time experiments, were used to drive an hourly building thermal simulation model. Confidence in the model flowed from good agreement between measured air conditioning loads and that calculated. The model was then used to dissect the paths for heat input to the building in order to comment on the design techniques used to reduce electricity loads for cooling.
