'Cryholab' a new horizontal test cryostat for superconductive radiofrequency cavities

Within the scope of the superconductive RF cavities R&D a collaboration CEA SACLAY/IPNO/LAL, with the financial support of the "Ile de France" region, is building a test facility to validate various design of dressed cavities. IPN Orsay has in charge the conception and fabrication of the cryostat itself and its auxiliary feed box.
