Tests of the cryogenic thermometers at very big doses of gamma radiation

Commercially available cryogenic temperature sensors - platinum (two types), carbon-glass and TVO resistors - were irradiated by a Cs-gamma source up to the total dose of 1 MGy at 77.3 K and 293 K. Afterwards, the post-radiation behaviour of the sensors was estimated. The obtained results are discussed.
