摘要

The SERS has been recognized as an important technique for surface adsorption study and practical analytical purpose. The designing of simple and reproducible SERS-active substrate has got continuous interesting for the practical applications. We have developed a simple new preparation method for silver substrate by reducing Ag on copper foil surface in aqueous solution. It processes at room temperature and in minute time scale. It is not time consuming and avoids to use expensive facilities and concentrate HNO_3 in the procedure. The limitation of detection (LOD) of the deposited Ag on copper foil substrate (Ag/Cu) is comparable or little higher than that of the HNO_3 etching roughened silver foil substrate.
