With the rapid advances in network size, physical link bandwidth and transmission reliability, users focus their applications heavily on the distributed networking applications such as "videocast" and "audiocast" in which multiple users will join, this trend greatly differs from the primal data transmission and transmission reliability requirements tenyears ago in which usually only one user at most take part. Distributed networking applications include videoconference, telemedia, and remote distributed control etc.. It is obvious that these distributed applications have strict quality of service(QoS) requirements on resources such as bandwidths, delays, delay jitter, and costs etc. so that they can process and response the real-time requests from high-level user applications. Therefore, based on this view, many researchers have done many research works on QoS garuantees. As a part of QoS garuantees, QoS routing is a very important issue because it is located in the underlying network layer and supports real-time QoS service requirements from high-level applications. In this paper, we present an practical QoS muticast routing algorithm to solve some weakness in some proposed algorithms. Our experiments have shown that comparing to other proposed algorithms, our proposed algorithm has many advantages on adaption to network topology, network loads, symmetric and asymmetric link loads.
