Method of Creation of Universal Large Size Gas Furnace

摘要

A methodology of designing universal automated gas furnace for heating blanks before hot forming (roll forging) as well as for normalization and tempering of flat and cylindrical articles is proposed. Under "universal' we understand the furnaces with 50-250 m~3 work camera volume, 20-650 t heat tratment products mass, 200-1200degC temperature range, differnt (flat and cylindrical) product and work camera form.
